GlossyBox 3!

The third instalment with Glossybox!
This box is based on the simple and iconic beauties like Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor, each product helping you achieve you the look.
Here's my review after a month of using the products.

So this is what I got in the box!

Colour Club - Barely there nail polish £4.10
So if you read my previously blog post, you'll know about my love with nail lacquer. Exactly the same with the nail polish. It glides on when you prep your nails correctly and stays on for days without chipping! I am a nail lacquer convert. Its a lovely nude shade that I think will suit all skin colours.

Astral Original - Face and body moisturiser Full size is £3.89 for 200ml, This tub is 50ml
I have days where my skin gets quite dry and its annoying because most days my skin is oily so half the make-up and creams I own are oil free and mattifying on the skin, and in turn can dry out my skin. So this is a nice thick cream that really hydrates my skin. It may be a great cream for people with extremely dry skin because I've found it makes my skin break out and I feel its because its blocking the pores on my face.

IDC - Body lotion £3.59
I absolutely love the smell of this lotion! Its a vintage old rose and lavender scent. I find it lingers on my skin for a while after as well, however it doesn't seem to keep my skin hydrated for a long period of time, but my friend tried it and he loves it! So I think it depends on your skin.

POP beauty - Kajal Eyeliner pen £6.50
Now this has been said to be a easy glide on pencil for cat eye flicks to achieve a look like the beautiful Elizabeth Taylor. I love my cat eye flicks, I wear it all the time and have done since I was 15, so I'm a pro aged 20. But pencils... I'm always sceptical with using them as I prefer liquid or gel. So I gave this a try. No. Its not an easy glide on pencil. like most pencils I've tried it catches on your eyelids, so you have to hold your eyelids taunt. However the colour pay off is amazing, but for £6.50...I'm not too sure if I'd purchase.

Lord & Berry - Lipstick pencil in KISS £10
The colour is like a coral red and I wasn't expecting the colour to suit my skin tone, but it does! It has a subtle orange undertone to it, so it has really summery vibes to it. I would definitely recommend this lip colour. The colour pay off from the pencil is amazing and comes out has a even matte colour has long as your lips are correctly primed. I'd buy different colours in the pencil and its easy to carry around with you.

Thanks for reading my third GlossyBox review! I've made a decision and subscribed for 3 more months of GlossyBox! Excited for the summery boxes!
